This year for the first time we hosted our #GetTogetherGlobal 2022 an event dedicated to strategically connect all our #CertifiedPartners and all the #Imagineers  During the Awards & Recognition ceremony, we had the opportunity to reward those who go above and beyond, showcase their work, recognize their employees and specially strengthen our connections using PRIDE for what we have achieved together as a powerful way to make us feel as ONE!!! We are a platform of exceptional creative talent that celebrates strategic connections to win big in business anywhere delivering only superior experiences. But most importantly we take care of all of us: the human minds behind every creative job.

In November 2022, we got together in a spectacular location to work on our business strategy and learn new ways to deliver the best results and to drive growth for the entire team. We had a fully five-day teamwork experience. A winning strategy for 2023 and lots of learning! Part of the work agenda was focused on digging deep into the values and behaviors that define our culture as a platform. “Freedom is maximum responsibility” is one of the key behaviors of our ethos; we are available to work productively and also have fun and enjoyment…and that’s what we did in Buenos Aires! In addition to working, we enjoyed this incredible city!!! We had a private city tour to visit the most emblematic places, tasted delicious food and even had the opportunity to enjoy a tango show! On top of it all, we said goodbye to Buenos Aires with an after office where we invited some of our suppliers and Certified Partners based in Argentina. The best part? Getting together and 100% ready to deliver superior experiences to our clients. #vamos 

This is who we are now We were born as CERO 32 in 2005 with the slogan: “To do things right you have to start from scratch”, so Pantone 032 is linked to our genesis, not only as a name but also as the emblematic color that has identified us over the years. Sixteen years and two migratory experiences later, 032 has changed, a lot, and has restarted three times in total, so we have transformed ourselves and as a result of recognizing that change is the constant, now we are no longer a single color, we are the result of the free, flexible, disciplined and always aesthetic collaboration of all our #Imagineers. Our new branding is a reflection of identifying ourselves as a free collaborative space based on reciprocity, obsessed with the needs of our clients, focused on putting our talent at the service of ambitious projects, delivering exceptional results, and always, always guaranteeing a memorable experience between clients and #Imagineers. We are exceptional talent, obsessed with exceptional results. We are ambitious minds ready to take action on ambitious jobs. This is who we are now Inspiring growth for ambitious minds  #Vamos.

We are ninja warriors capable of adapting to changes and circumstances, including the sudden shift in our reality towards digital. And, yes, we have achieved extraordinary things working and sharing through the screens of our devices and we have managed not only to move forward but also to make it fun and stimulating.
